Elderflower Pear Spritz

20 g The Field Loose Leaf Tea
32 oz water
16 oz sugar
2 Bartlett pears diced
A pinch of orange zest
Club soda

Bring 32 oz of water to boil in a saucepan. Add 16 oz of sugar and let it dissolve. Add diced pear and orange zest and let it simmer on medium heat for 15 minutes. Add 20 g The Field loose leaf tea and the orange zest. Give it a stir and let it simmer on low heat for 5 minutes.

To make the Spritz, mix 1 part of syrup with 4 parts club soda
