Flirty Mezcal Margarita

Meet your forever marg. It's smokey from the mezcal, citrusy from the hibiscus & lime, and flirty because it we <3 the color. Drink this drink all summer long.

For the Flirt simple syrup

• 1 oz flirt simple syrup
• 1/2 oz Mezcal 
• 1/2 oz Tequila
• 1/2 oz Triple Sec (this Triple Sec is the best)
• squeeze of Lime 

Directions

To make the Flirt simple syrup, bring water + loose leaf tea to a simmer. Turn the heat off and steep for 4-5 minutes. Strain & add sugar. Stir until the sugar has completely dissolved. Cool.

Combine the mezcal, tequila, triple sec, squeeze of lime, & 1oz of the Flirt simple syrup in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake, then pour into a salt rimmed glass.
