Then the digging through your spice cabinet, the mulling, the straining, and by the time you are done with the drink, you have a kitchen covered in spice dust and sticky cider. Not anymore ↓
Here is our favorite chai drink recipe, probably ever:
Shopping list: masala chai concentrate, original
Yields one drink
2 oz masala chai concentrate
8 oz fresh apple cider
Combine apple cider and DONA chai concentrate. Steam & serve hot.
Optional: add brandy, bourbon or rye for a spiked cider. (Highly recommend)
