Makes one 8oz hot toddy
4 oz milk or milk alternative
1 tsp turbinado sugar
1 oz. gin
1 oz milk (or alternative), set aside to be frothed at the end
a dusting of fresh nutmeg
In a small pot, add the sugar, milk and chai concentrate. Bring to boil. Stir occasionally until the sugar is dissolved.
In a cocktail glass, add 1 oz of gin. Remove the pot from the stove, and gently pour the hot chai mix into the glass, giving it a little stir. Top the Dona Masala Chai Hot Toddy with the frothed milk and top that off with some freshly grated nutmeg.
