Makes one drink
2 satsuma oranges
1 oz pineapple juice
2 oz bourbon
4 oz-8oz Dona Turmeric Honeybush Spice Soda
Cut one satsumas into thick slices, and the other one in half, leaving skin on both. Broil on high for 10 minutes, flipping halfway through. Allow to cool completely.
Juice the halved satsuma (you should get about 1 oz of liquid) and combine with pineapple juice, bourbon, 1 dash orange bitters, and Dona Turmeric Honeybush Spice Soda.
Garnish with remaining satsuma slices, or drop them into the cocktail itself.
