Vegan Chai Banana Bread

Ingredients
- 3 mashed bananas
- ¼ cup coconut oil
- ¼ almond butter
- ¾ cup coconut sugar
- 3 flax eggs (or eggs)
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 tsp Zero Waste Chai Spice Dust
- 1 cup gf flour (oat)
- 1 cup almond flour
- pinch of salt
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ½ cup chopped walnuts
Directions
1. Combine all ingredients together in a bowl
2. Pour into a lined loaf pan
3. Top with a sliced banana
4. Bake at 350°F for 45-50 mins
5. Remove from oven & let cool
6. Top with vegan butter + extra Spice Dust
7. Enjoy
