This classy, flavorful treat will be your favorite freezer staple this summer

Ingredients

1 lb Frozen Blackberries
Juice from 1/2 a lemon
1 T Sugar
2 cups Unsweetened Greek Yogurt
1/2 cup Himalayan Chamomile
1 cup Water
3/4 cup Honey


Directions

Mix the blackberries, lemon juice and sugar in a bowl. Stir periodically. The sugar & lemon juice will bring out the juices of the berries. Once thawed, mash blackberries to desired texture. 

In a small sauce pot, combine Himalayan Chamomile, water & honey. Bring to a boil then turn off the heat & cover the pot with a lid. Let the mixture steep for 15 minutes. Strain through a mesh straining bag.

Add greek yogurt to the bowl with the blackberries. Mix to combine. Then, add the chamomile honey syrup & combine thoroughly. Pour mixture into popsicle molds and freeze for at least 6 hours.
