We are a small team of 20 people.

We're makers. Our teas & concentrates are made by us in our tea factory in Brooklyn, NY.

We are not certified organic—but we work with small growers around the world and most do not have the means to get the organic certification (it's expensive!). The small producers we work with, use organic farming practices.

Yes!

Unopened, the concentrates are good up to 18 months from the brew date.

Once opened, use within 30 days.

One serving has 45mg of caffeine—about the same as a cup of black tea.

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. However, we will replace or refund products that are damaged during shipment if photographic proof of damage is submitted within 7 days of delivery. Please email us at info@drinkdona.com for more guidance.

At this time, we only ship to the U.S.

We offer flat rate shipping for $9.95 and free shipping on orders over $50

We typically process orders within 3-5 business days.

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. Your order should arrive within 3-7 business days.* We ship everything from our brewery in Brooklyn, NY. Depending on the destination, we ship via USPS, FedEx, and UPS.
