35g Amber Assam Tea
100g ice
32oz boiling water
32oz cold water
Add the Amber Assam Tea and ice to a large pitcher. Pour in 32oz of boiling water. Stir & steep for 3 minutes. After 3 minutes, strain the tea leaves into another large pitcher. Add 32oz of cold water. Serve over ice.
(To prevent clouding, let the brewed tea come to room temperature before refrigerating it)
