- 16oz Heavy Whipping Cream
- 2 tablespoons Dona Hari River Mint Tea
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- ½ teaspoon salt
- Add 2 tbsp Dona Hari River Mint Tea into heavy cream. Stir and set the mixture in the fridge overnight.
- The next day, strain the mint from the cream into a mixing bowl. Using the whip attachment or hand mixer, whip the cream until it has soft peaks. Add salt & powdered sugar and continue whipping until it has reached stiff peaks.
