Move over matcha - Hojicha is here. Hojicha is a roasted green tea with a sweeter and nuttier flavor than your standard green leaf. Brewed with a strong steep, a touch of our Coffee Blossom Honey and steamed milk it's a light summer latte thats sure to become a quick favorite.
- To make the hojicha concentrate, bring water + loose leaf tea to barely a simmer (around 185 degrees or so). Turn the heat off and steep for 4-5 minutes.
- Strain & add honey. Stir until the honey has completely dissolved.
- To make a latte, steam or ice 2oz of the honey hojicha syrup with 8oz of milk.
