Ingredients:
1 Anjou Pear
1 tbs honey
1/2 oz lemon juice (about half a lemon)
2 oz vodka
Cut pear in half and brush all sides with honey. Roast at 400 degrees for 30 minutes, flipping half way. Let cool completely.
Remove seeds and add to a high speed blender with 1 tbs water and blender for 1 minute.
Combine 1 oz pear pureé, lemon, vodka, and the Pink Peppercorn Lemon Spice Soda. Gently stir and serve immediately.
