Smoked Turmeric Apple Mocktail

Serves 1


  • Cinnamon stick
  • 1/2 cup of Dona turmeric concentrate 
  • 1/2 cup of apple juice 
  • 0.25 oz (1/2 tablespoon) of lemon juice, freshly squeezed (I used Meyer lemons)


  1. Begin by lighting the end of your cinnamon stick. Once charred, blow it out and quickly place your serving glass over it to trap the smoke. Set aside for 3-5 minutes.
  2. In the meantime, let's heat up our beverage! In a small sauce pot, combine your apple juice, turmeric concentrate, and lemon juice. Bring to a boil and immediately bring the heat down to a simmer. Simmer for 2-3 minutes before serving.
  3. To serve, simply pour into the smoked serving glass and place the cinnamon stick (charred side up) as a garnish! If you'd like to add booze, go ahead and add in about 1 oz of bourbon. Stir with the cinnamon stick to combine and enjoy! Cheers!
