Spiced smoothies 4 ways

Double Chocolate Ginger Gold Smoothie

1 tbsp cocoa powder 
1/2 tsp fresh chopped ginger
1 small frozen saba banana 
3/4 cup coconut milk
1 tsp fresh grated orange zest
scoop of ice
To make: blend all ingredients until smooth. Top with sprinkle of turmeric + dried banana chips or cacao nibs.

Chocolate Peanut Butter Chai Smoothie

1 small frozen saba banana 
1/2 tsp fresh chopped ginger
3/4 cup coconut milk
cinnamon to taste
scoop of ice

To make: blend all ingredients until smooth. Top with sprinkle of cinnamon + candied ginger.


Peanut Butter Turmeric Smoothie

1 small frozen saba banana 
1/2 tsp fresh chopped ginger
1 tbsp  DONA Turmeric
1/4 tsp ground turmeric
fresh lemon zest
3/4 cup alternative milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
scoop of ice 

 

To make: blend all ingredients until smooth. Top with dried coconut. 

 

Spicy Banana Chocolate Chai Smoothie

1 tbsp cocoa powder 
1 small frozen saba banana 
3/4 cup coconut milk
1 tsp fresh grated lime zest
½ tsp of Trader Joe's chili lime salt
scoop of ice

 

To make: blend all ingredients until smooth. Top with sprinkle of chili lime salt.
