In case you're looking for something simple + sweet to do this week, here is @entirelytoomuchturmeric recipe for DONA chai tahini cookies. Added points for being vegan and gluten free. And, if you ask us, there is nothing more comforting than warm cookies at home.
PS -- these cookies can be stored for up to a month in the freezer (i.e. you'll want to make a big batch).
Shopping List: Dona chai concentrate
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup Seed and Mill tahini
- 6 tbsp masala chai concentrate
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1 cup rolled oats
- a preferred amount of chocolate chips
- salt to sprinkle on top
Directions
Preheat oven to 350. combine all wet ingredients & whisk until well combined
Gently add almond flour and fold in, followed by oats and chocolate chips.
Use a spoon to scoop 10-12 cookie balls onto a parchment-lined baking sheet. Sprinkle with salt and bake for 10 min
