HOW TO MAKE MATCHA

→Scoop 1 teaspoon of Matcha

→Slowly combine with 2.5oz of water at 175°F

→Whisk to remove lumps and continue until bubbly & frothy

→Sip as is or pour over steamed or iced milk

HOW TO MAKE TEA LATTES

→Mix equal parts Dona concentrate and milk.

→Heat, steam or pour over ice.

HOW TO BREW TEA

Water temperatures are really important when steeping. Delicate teas like green and white, do best at gentler temps while herbal teas bloom best at almost a boil. Green & white: 175°F Black & oolong: 200°F Herbal: 205°F

Green & white: 175°F

Black & oolong: 200°F

Herbal: 205°F

→Pour 8oz of water

→Add 1 tablespoon loose leaf teas or 1 sachet

→Steep green & white for 1-2 minutes, black & oolong for 3-4 minutes, herbal for 4-5 minutes
