No-Churn Matcha Ice Cream

Ingredients

2 tbsp First Flush Ceremonial Matcha

1 can condensed milk

2 cups heavy cream


Directions

Sift matcha in a bowl and mix it thoroughly with condensed milk.

In a separate bowl, use hand mixer at a high setting to whip the cream until it forms stiff peaks.

Combine the two and pour the mix in a metal pan lined with plastic wrap to avoid freezer burns. Freeze for at least 6-8 hours. Let it sit at room temperature for at least 5 minutes before scooping for a perfect texture.
