Ingredients for Himalayan Chamomile Syrup
1/2 cup sugar
6 ounces water at 205°F
3 tablespoons Himalayan Chamomile
Ingredients for Frappe
1/2 cup vanilla ice cream
1/4 fresh orange juice
4 tablespoons Himalayan Chamomile Syrup
1/4-1/2 cup ice
Whipped cream for garnish
Directions
MAKE THE CHAMOMILE SYRUP. Combine water and Himalayan Chamomile. Steep for 3 minutes. Strain over the sugar. Stir to dissolve sugar completely.
MAKE THE FRAPPE. Blend ice cream, orange juice and Himalayan Chamomile Syrup with ice. Top with whipped cream.
