Marshmallows and cornflakes meet our fresh, smooth & toasty Ceremonial Matcha for an afternoon sweet treat with a hint of caffeine.
Ingredients
1/4 cup salted butter
10oz bag of marshmallows
1 tbsp Dona Ceremonial Matcha
5 cups cornflakes
Directions
- Melted half stick (or ¼ cup) of salted butter
- Add a 10oz bag of marshmallows and melt down until liquid-like or no lumps
- Sift 1 tbsp of Matcha into melted marshmallow and mixed until no clumps. turned heat off, then quickly add 5 cups of corn flakes, mixed until combined and pour into a greased 9x9 pan.
- Flatten/even it out in pan, let rest for an hour at room temp or harden in fridge overnight.
- Cut with a greased knife into squares/bars, then serve.
