Matcha Marshmallow Cornflake Bars

Marshmallows and cornflakes meet our fresh, smooth & toasty Ceremonial Matcha for an afternoon sweet treat with a hint of caffeine.

Matcha Marshmallow Cornflake Bars

Ingredients

1/4 cup salted butter

10oz bag of marshmallows

1 tbsp Dona Ceremonial Matcha

5 cups cornflakes


Directions

  1. Melted half stick (or ¼ cup) of salted butter
  2. Add a 10oz bag of marshmallows and melt down until liquid-like or no lumps
  3. Sift 1 tbsp of Matcha into melted marshmallow and mixed until no clumps. turned heat off,  then quickly add 5 cups of corn flakes, mixed until combined and pour into a greased 9x9 pan. 
  4. Flatten/even it out in pan, let rest for an hour at room temp or harden in fridge overnight. 
  5. Cut with a greased knife into squares/bars, then serve.
