Matcha Overnight Oats

Easy to make, hard to resist. Matcha overnight oats take minutes to prepare and will keep you coming back for more. Fluffy oats + toasty, nutty & sweet ceremonial matcha for the simplest addition to the brunch table.

Matcha Overnight Oats

Ingredients

1/2 cup old fashioned or rolled oats 

2 tsp chia seeds 

1 tsp matcha powder

2 Tbsp packed light brown sugar 

1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt or dairy-free yogurt 

1 cup fresh or frozen berries

2/3 cup milk of your choice

 

Recipe

  1. Add 1/2 cup rolled oats, 2 tsp chia seeds, 1 tsp matcha powder, 2 Tbsp brown sugar, 1/4 cup Greek yogurt, 1 cup frozen berries and 2/3 cup of milk into a mason jar or bowl. Stir to mix the ingredients together
  2. Cover and refrigerate for at least 3 hours or overnight.
  3. When you're ready to eat, remove from the fridge. Add a little more water or milk for desired consistency.
  4. Top with fresh or frozen berries, a sprinkle of granola, or a drizzle of honey and enjoy cold!
