Sweet vanilla ice cream & vibrant single-origin ceremonial matcha blend together for a perfect afternoon treat to get you over the hump. Serve with your choice of garnish and yum.   • 1 scoop vanilla ice cream
  • 2 grams Kyoto Matcha
  • 3 oz 175 degree F water
  • 3 oz milk of choice



Place 1 scoop of vanilla ice cream in a mug. Place in the freezer while you prepare the matcha. 

Heat 3oz of milk on the stovetop or in the microwave. Set aside. 

In a matcha bowl, whisk Kyoto Matcha and 175 degree F water until smooth and bubbly. Add in the heated milk and whisk for another 30 seconds. 

Take the mug with the ice cream out of the freezer. Pour the whisked matcha latte over the ice cream. Serve immediately.
