Minty Rhubarb Oolong Spritz

 

 

To make the syrup: 

2 cups rhubarb, chopped 

1 Hari River Mint tea sachet

1/2 cup water

1/2 cup sugar

Bring rhubarb, sugar and water to a boil. Simmer for 15 minutes. Strain. Add a mint tea sachet to the strained syrup. Let steep for 2 minutes.

 

To make the spritz: 

2oz Hari River Mint Rhubarb Syrup

6oz Susurus Sparking Oolong Tea

Combine syrup and sparkling tea over ice.
