No Churn Grayscale Ice Cream

Citrusy, bright and perfectly sweetened. A no churn ice cream with one of our favorite teas.

Ingredients
2 pints of heavy whipping cream
1 can of sweetened condensed milk
3 Grayscale Sachets
Sourcery Jaggery for sprinkling/swirl
Vanilla extract if wanted

Directions

  1. Put 1 cup of water to boil/simmer and steep grayscale tea bags for 5-10 minutes. Take tea off the heat and allow to cool completely.

  2. Combine heavy whipping cream, sweetened condensed milk, and tea into a bowl. Whip with a hand mixer until stiff peaks form, or transfer to a blender and blend on high until thick. Add a tsp of vanilla if wanted.

  3. Sprinkle jaggery generously over the cream, then swirl into mixture using a knife. Use as much or as little as you’d like.

  4. Pour thick mixture into a deep baking dish or a 9x13 pan. Cover with plastic wrap tightly and let freeze for at least 3 hours, overnight preferably.

  5. Let sit out for 10 minutes before serving with a scoop. Sprinkle with more Jaggery and enjoy.
