OXO x Dona Recipes

Cherry Chai Latte with OXO's Cherry Pitter

Ingredients

1 cup cherries, fresh or frozen (pitted)

¾ cup water

½ cup sugar (adjust to taste)

½ tsp vanilla extract

½ tsp almond extract

4 oz Dona Masala Chai Concentrate

4 oz choice of milk

Directions

1. In a saucepan, combine cherries, water, and sugar. Bring to a simmer over medium heat.

2. Let simmer for 10–15 minutes, gently mashing the cherries as they soften.

3. Remove from heat. Stir in vanilla and almond extract. Strain through a fine mesh sieve to extract the syrup.

4. Let cool completely. Pour into a clean jar or bottle and refrigerate for up to 2 weeks.

5. Mix equal parts milk and chai concentrate and add 1 oz cherry syrup.

6. Steam or serve it over ice.

 

Mango Matcha Latte with OXO's Mango Slicer

Ingredients

1 small mango peeled and cut in pieces

1 tsp Ceremonial Matcha

2-3 oz hot water (175 F)

1/2-1 tsp honey

1/2 cup choice of cold milk

Directions

1. Sift matcha into a bowl, add hot water and whisk until frothy.

2. Muddle mango in a glass.

3. Add honey, cold milk and matcha respectively.

4. Stir and enjoy

 

Strawberry Infused Iced Tea with OXO's Strawberry Huller

Ingredients

4 cups water

4 Tbsp Wah White Peony Loose Leaf Tea

1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced

1–2 tbsp honey or agave syrup (optional, adjust to taste)

Ice

Fresh mint or lemon slices (optional, for garnish)

Directions

1. Heat the water to 175 F and pour the hot water over the white tea and steep for 2-3 minute.

2. Strain the tea. While still warm, stir in honey or agave if using. Let cool for 10-15 minutes.

3. Add sliced strawberries to a pitcher. Pour the slightly cooled tea over them. Lightly mash a few strawberries with a spoon to release more flavor.

4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours (up to 5-6 for stronger strawberry flavor).

5. Serve over ice, and garnish with fresh mint or lemon.
