Rose Is My Name White Chocolate Covered Strawberries

Ingredients

2/3 cups heavy cream

20 g Rose Is My Name Loose Leaf Tea

200 g white chocolate

1 tbsp unsalted butter, at room temperature

Cardamom Rose Spice Dust


Directions

  1. In a saucepan, bring the heavy cream to a boil. Take it off heat and add Rose Is My Name tea. Let it steep for 30 minutes. Strain the tea and rewarm the cream until it is steaming.

  2. Melt white chocolate using a double boiler.

  3. Whisk the cream and butter in melted chocolate.

  4. Dip strawberries in the ganache 

  5. Sprinkle with Cardamom Rose Spice Dust
