A Valentine's Day Cocktail for you and your Honey Honey
Ingredients
FOR THE SIMPLE SYRUP
- 12g Honey Honey Herbal Tea
- 1 cup sugar
- 8 oz water
FOR THE COCKTAIL
- 2 oz Honey Honey simple syrup
- 2 oz bourbon
- 1 oz sweet vermouth
- 2 dashes of orange bitters
- Cherry for garnish
For the syrup: Steep the tea in 8oz of boiling water for 4 minutes. Strain, add sugar, and stir until dissolved.
For the cocktail: Chill a cocktail glass. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add the whiskey, vermouth, bitters, & Honey Honey simple syrup. Stir well. Strain into the glass. Add the cherry and serve.
